July was noted to be the most productive month so far in terms of home sales in Salt Lake City Real Estate this year. It was a pretty good month for home sales in Salt Lake City. Although Salt Lake City home sales were up only for about 0.75% but there were around 402 homes sold in the market.
This gives a high remarks for the real estate to bloom in the real estate market and keep trends updated.Compared with last years sales in July 2008, there were only around 327 homes were sold. This year’s record of home sales are quite increasing and have been reported sold by the MLS in Utah.
Indeed, the original list price of homes sold in Salt Lake City Real Estate was $229970 and median sold price was $213250 and was down by 2.22%. Last July 2008, the median sold price was only$225000. In fact, a little disparity compared to last year’s sales price occurred and homes sales were expected to be up in the market for the last quarter of the year.
