It’s another success in Salt Lake County Real Estate as their numbers in the market sold out properties went up last month. According to January’s sales, around 483 properties were sold and it drifted up last month to 606 total properties sold out in the market. The median sold price went down from previous month’s $214000 to $210000 with an average sold price at $247,003 which drifted down from $260869.63 of January 2010.
Sold properties for the month of February 2010 has a monthly increase rate of 17.2% with a year over year change of 3.5 percent.
This statistics figures out that sales during February we’re getting good as many properties sold out in the market.
