Salt Lake Ut Homes has finally maintained the increasing curve of the numbers of condos sold in the market this year. Last month, the sales of condos went up 18.8 percent compared with February Condo Sales in the market. It had resulted to 48 sold condos which was higher by 9 more sold units compared o February’s sales.
The months of inventory in Salt Lake Utah Homes was 12.92 which implies that it is really a buyer’s market. All the prices are down and condo units are staying for longer periods in the real estate market.
The median sold price went down 10.09 percent which has a rate of $142,500 from $160000 of March 2009 and $165,500 of February this year. Its year over year change also rocketed up 6.25 % compared to March last year.
