Home Sale Numbers during March 2010: Salt Lake City rocketed up 35.21% on its Single-Family Homes

It’s another good job for Salt Lake City Real Estate as numbers climbed up in market. There were 213 properties  sold in the market which is higher in terms of a year over change by 35.21 percent compared last March 2009. Sales during March was higher by 49 more sold homes compared to February this year which sold only 164 properties in the market.

The median sold price went down a little to $195000 from $220450 of March 2009. That is 11.54% decreased compared last year’s median sold price. There’s a 7.17 months of inventory and it simply means that it’s a buyer’s market in Salt Lake City Utah Real Estate.

The statistics shows that the first quarter of the year was very productive and climbing up in the market.
