Condo selling and buying in Salt Lake City Utah Homes proved that numbers are getting well in the market. Last month, condo sales went up 14.81 percent on its year over year change of sales of which releasing and sold out 54 condo units. Monthly sales also increased almost 11.1 percent during April 2010 condo sales which was higher compared to March sales of which got 48 sold condos in the market.
The median sold price went up to $163125 from $158500 of April last year with a 2.84 percent increase this year.It seems that it’s also a buyer’s market since the months of inventory reached 11.28.
As of now, there are 609 actively listed condo properties in Salt Lake City Real Estate of which 116 went under contract.
