It was a good April 2010 for Salt Lake City Utah Homes due to sales increase again. As recorded in the MLS, there was an increased of 23.92 percent when it comes to a year over year change of sales in the market. Last month, around 255 homes were sold out in the market which was higher compared last year in the same month of which sold only 194 homes respectively.
Monthly change of sales brought also a good number with a 8.9 percent increased in the market. Salt Lake City Utah Real Estate had a median sold price of $205000 last month which was higher compared to March 2010 that had only $195000 as median sold price and lower compared with April 2009 median sold price of $216135.
