Number of Single Family Homes in Salt Lake City dropped 27.13% for June 2010

The rise and fall of numbers in the market always happen as time passes by. Sometimes we can’t deny the fact that sales can be up and sometimes down. Well, as a sort of overview, Salt Lake City Utah Homes seems to have a down market in terms of the number of sold single family homes last month. Homes sales dropped 27.13 percent based on the yearly sales levels. Salt Lake Utah Homes sold out 231 single family properties of which was lower compared to June last year and drifted down 27.1 percent from 317 sold homes last May 2010.

These low curves in the market gave a median sold price of $233,000 of which went up 3.43 percent from $225,000 of June 2009 and drifted up from $205,000 of May 2010.

The months of inventory went up to 6.82 from 4.91 of May 2010. Actively listed single family homes reached 1,575 of which 289 are under contract properties for the month of July this year.
