Sad to know that its year over year change of sales rocketed down 53.33 percent from 75 sold condos of August 2009.
These little changes in the market status showed off some new curves in the median sold price of which increased 13.75 percent to $200,000 from $172,500 of August 2010 and up from $172,500 of July 2010.
