According to MLS data, there were 215 single family homes sold in the market. Year over year change of sale increased 8.84 percent from 196 sold homes of December 2010. Likewise, monthly change of sale also drifted up 3.3 percent from 208 homes sold during November 2011.</p>
<p><a href="http://saltlakeutahhomes.com/blog/wp-content/uploads/2012/01/image30.png"><img class="aligncenter size-full wp-image-857" title="image(30)" src="http://saltlakeutahhomes.com/blog/wp-content/uploads/2012/01/image30.png" alt="" width="583" height="295" /></a>Home sales had a median sold price of $159,900 of which dropped 14.49 percent from $187,000. Home sales have been for 69 median days on  market.</p>

Home sales increased in the market this time. There have been a total of 278 homes sold in the market. Year over year change of sale went up 38.49 percent from 171 homes sold during August 2010. In terms of monthly change of sale, it drifted up 7.9 percent from 256 sold homes of July 2011.</p>

<p>Home sales have been for 58 median days on market. The median sold price reached $176,500 of which dropped 25.18 percent from $235,900 of August last year. It&#8217;s a seller&#8217;s market in Salt Lake City<a href="http://utahrealestate4sale.com/"> UT Real Estate</a> since it gained 4.77 months of inventory.</p>
<p>Currently, there are 1,325 actively listed<a href="http://www.homes4saleinutah.com/saltlakecity_homesforsale.htm"> homes for sale in Salt Lake City Utah</a> of which 386 properties are under contract in the market.</p>

As reported from MLS, 256 single family homes in Salt Lake City have been sold out. Yearly change of sale went up 37.50 percent from160 sold homes of July 2010. Unfortunately, monthly change of sale dropped 10.5 percent from 286 sold homes recorded during June 2011.</p>

<p><a href="http://utahrealestate4sale.com/saltlakecity.htm">Salt Lake City Ut Real Estate </a>sold out 238 single family homes of which drawn new home sale curves. It went up 14.7 percent from 203 sold homes of March 2011. Year over year change of sale still went down 6.67 percent from 255 sold properties of April last year.</p>
<p>Home sales had a median sold price of $203,002 of which dropped nearly a percent from $205,000. <a href="http://utahhomesforsale.com/salt-lake/salt-lake-city/">Salt Lake City Utah Homes</a> have been enjoying a balance market since it got 5.55 months of inventory.</p>
<p>So far, there are 1,320 actively listed <a href="http://www.homes4saleinutah.com/saltlakecity_homesforsale.htm">homes for sale in Salt Lake City Utah</a> of which 427 properties are under contract in the market.</p>

<p>Let&#8217;s take a view of its statistics in the market below.</p>
<ul>
<li>A total of 112 <a href="http://www.ourutahhomes.com/fine/real/estate/newsearch/lndgname/slccondos">Salt Lake City condos </a>have been sold in the market.</li>
<li>Home sales dropped 4.27 percent from 117 sold condos  during  Q1 of 2010.</li>
<li>It also went down 12.5 percent from 128 sold condos of the last quarter of 2010.</li>
<li>During the first quarter of 2009, it had the same number of sold condos with Q1 of 2011.</li>
<li>The median sold price was about $157,000 with 141 median cumulative days on market. Homes sales also had an average sold price of $170,309 and garnered 197 average cumulative days on market.</li>
<li>The highest selling price of sold property in <a href="http://utahhomesforsale.com/salt-lake/salt-lake-city/">Salt Lake City Utah Homes </a>was at $515,000 while the lowest was sold at $37,600.</li>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><a href="http://utahrealestate4sale.com/saltlakecity.htm">Salt Lake City Utah Real Estate</a> had revealed new numbers in the market in terms of its home sales during the first quarter of 2011. This time, it had sold out 500 single family homes of which drawn new home sale comparisons in the market.</p>
<p>Notably, it went down 6.01 percent from 532 sold single family homes in the market. Meanwhile, it drifted up 50.60 percent from 332 sold homes made during the last quarter of 2010.</p>
<p>The median sold price of these sold homes was 182000 with 97 median cumulative days on market. Salt Lake City <a href="http://www.homes4saleinutah.com/">Utah Homes</a> sales also had an average sold price of $238,520 with 125 average cumulative days on market.</p>
<p>The  highest selling price of property was sold at $2,300,000 of which belong to a <a href="http://www.ourutahhomes.com/fine/real/estate/newsearch/lndgname/SaltLuxHom">luxury homes in Salt Lake City</a> while the lowest price house was sold at $36,000.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Salt Lake City<a href="http://utahrealestate4sale.com/"> Utah Real Estate</a> had two consecutive months of decreasing home sales based from its yearly change of sale record in the real estate market. Home sales during February and March of 2011 had low sales in terms of year over year change of sales.</p>
<p>Breaking down its numbers in the market, below are the home sale statistics for two consecutive months.</p>
<p>For the month of February 2011</p>
<p>A total of 143 homes have been sold out of which went down 12.8 percent from 164 sold homes of February 2010. It had a monthly change of sale of 9.8 percent up from 129 sold homes of January 2011.</p>
<p>The median sold price dropped 16.83 percent from $204,400 of February 2010 to $186,000.</p>
<p>Home sales have been for 105 median days on market with an original list price of $199,000. It got 9.06 months of inventory.</p>
<p>The number of active listings reached 1296 <a href="http://utahhomesforsale.com/salt-lake/salt-lake-city/">Salt Lake City Utah Homes</a> of which 304 went under contract.</p>
<p>For the month of March 2011</p>
<p>There have been a total of 203 homes sold in the market.</p>
<p>Year over year change dropped 12.88 percent from 233 sold homes of March 2011.</p>
<p>Monthly change of sale went up 29.6 percent from 143 sold homes of February 2011.</p>
<p>It&#8217;s a balanced market in Salt Lake City Utah since it got 6.57 months of inventory.</p>
<p>The median sold price reached $186,000 of which drifted down 4.62 percent from $195,000 of March last year.</p>
<p>Currently, there are 1,334 single family<a href="http://www.homes4saleinutah.com/saltlakecity_homesforsale.htm"> homes for sale in Salt Lake City Utah</a> of which 353 are under contract properties in the market.</p>
<p>Home selling and buying in <a href="http://utahrealestate4sale.com/saltlakecity.htm">Salt Lake City Utah Real Estate</a> will get better as soon as trends will get better and home buyers will flood in the market in the coming months.</p>
