Home sales increased in the market this time. There have been a total of 278 homes sold in the market. Year over year change of sale went up 38.49 percent from 171 homes sold during August 2010. In terms of monthly change of sale, it drifted up 7.9 percent from 256 sold homes of July 2011.</p>

<p>Home sales have been for 58 median days on market. The median sold price reached $176,500 of which dropped 25.18 percent from $235,900 of August last year. It&#8217;s a seller&#8217;s market in Salt Lake City<a href="http://utahrealestate4sale.com/"> UT Real Estate</a> since it gained 4.77 months of inventory.</p>
<p>Currently, there are 1,325 actively listed<a href="http://www.homes4saleinutah.com/saltlakecity_homesforsale.htm"> homes for sale in Salt Lake City Utah</a> of which 386 properties are under contract in the market.</p>

Year over year change of sale dropped 40.74 percent from 54 sold condos of April last year. In terms of monthly change of sale, it went down 30.4 percent from 46 sold properties of March 2011.</p>

<p><a href="http://utahrealestate4sale.com/saltlakecity.htm">Salt Lake City Ut Real Estate </a>sold out 238 single family homes of which drawn new home sale curves. It went up 14.7 percent from 203 sold homes of March 2011. Year over year change of sale still went down 6.67 percent from 255 sold properties of April last year.</p>
<p>Home sales had a median sold price of $203,002 of which dropped nearly a percent from $205,000. <a href="http://utahhomesforsale.com/salt-lake/salt-lake-city/">Salt Lake City Utah Homes</a> have been enjoying a balance market since it got 5.55 months of inventory.</p>
<p>So far, there are 1,320 actively listed <a href="http://www.homes4saleinutah.com/saltlakecity_homesforsale.htm">homes for sale in Salt Lake City Utah</a> of which 427 properties are under contract in the market.</p>

<p>Let&#8217;s take a view of its statistics in the market below.</p>

<li>A total of 112 <a href="http://www.ourutahhomes.com/fine/real/estate/newsearch/lndgname/slccondos">Salt Lake City condos </a>have been sold in the market.</li>
<li>Home sales dropped 4.27 percent from 117 sold condos  during  Q1 of 2010.</li>
<li>It also went down 12.5 percent from 128 sold condos of the last quarter of 2010.</li>
<li>During the first quarter of 2009, it had the same number of sold condos with Q1 of 2011.</li>
<li>The median sold price was about $157,000 with 141 median cumulative days on market. Homes sales also had an average sold price of $170,309 and garnered 197 average cumulative days on market.</li>
<li>The highest selling price of sold property in <a href="http://utahhomesforsale.com/salt-lake/salt-lake-city/">Salt Lake City Utah Homes </a>was at $515,000 while the lowest was sold at $37,600.</li>

In getting a 1 or 2 bedroom condo usually involves purchasing an older condo.</p>
<p>Looking at it deeply, it had drawn certain comparisons such as from 1998 to 2003 levels, prices of condos are much more expensive than they would be if they appreciated at exactly 3% annually.</p>
<p>So far, there are 629 actively listed town homes and condos in Salt Lake City Utah of which have been for more than a year worth of inventory in the market.</p>

Around 35 properties have been sold out in Salt Lake City of which drifted up 25.7 percent from 26 sold condos during July 2010. Sad to know that its year over year change of sales rocketed down 53.33 percent from 75 sold condos of August 2009.</p>
<p>These little changes in the market status showed off some new curves in the median sold price of which increased 13.75 percent to $200,000 from $172,500 of August 2010 and up from $172,500 of July 2010.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Salt Lake City has regained something worthwhile last August as its sales rose by nearly 6.4 percent for its monthly sale comparison. The number of home sold went up to 171 sold properties from 160 sold homes of July 2010. On the contrary, yearly sales dropped 27.54 percent from 236 sold homes made during August last year in Salt Lake City <a href="http://utahrealestate4sale.com/">Utah Real Estate for sale</a>.</p>
<p>Last month&#8217;s home sales also brought changes in the standing of median sold price of which drifted up 6.10 percent to $235,900 from $221,500 of August 2009 and still up from $230,000 of July 2010. A 9.16 months of inventory was noted in Salt Lake City <a href="http://www.homes4saleinutah.com/">Utah Homes</a> of which home sales were on 72 median days on market.</p>
<p>The slightly increase only means that Salt Lake City Utah  is seeking recovery from the just ended tax credit little by little in the market. As of now, there are 1566 actively listed single family <a href="http://www.homes4saleinutah.com/saltlakecity_homesforsale.htm">homes for sale in Salt Lake City Utah</a> of which 317 are under current contract properties.</p>

Around 160 homes were sold in July 2010 of which causes a decline from the year over year change of sales as well as in the monthly status of sales in Salt Lake City <a href="http://www.homes4saleinutah.com/">Utah Homes</a>.Year over year change of sales dropped 43.86 percent from 285 sold homes made during July 2009 and it went down 30.7 percent from 231 sold home of June 2010.</p>
<p><a href="http://saltlakeutahhomes.com/blog/wp-content/uploads/2010/08/monthly_sales_of_single_family_homes_in_salt_lake_city.png"><img class="aligncenter size-full wp-image-370" title="monthly_sales_of_single_family_homes_in_salt_lake_city" src="http://saltlakeutahhomes.com/blog/wp-content/uploads/2010/08/monthly_sales_of_single_family_homes_in_salt_lake_city.png" alt="" width="499" height="320" /></a></p>
<p>While there was a decline in the number of home sales, median sold price remained the same for both July 2009 and 2010 of about $230,000 with a median CDOM of 55. The sales brought also 9.88 months of inventory in the market.</p>

As these sales are sloping downward, Salt Lake City <a href="http://utahrealestate4sale.com/">Utah Real Estate</a> are considering some factors in the market despite the fact that the tax credit for first time home buyers has just ended.</p>
