Salt Lake City Condo Sales decreased in December 2011!

Condo selling and buying in Salt Lake City UT Real Estate marked some new curves in the market last month. A total of 34 condos have been sold in the market. Year over year change of sale went down 8.11 percent from 37 sold condos of December 2010. Also, monthly change of sale decreased 37 percent from 54 sold homes of November 2011.

Sold condos had a median sold price of $159,000 of which increased 5.66 percent from $150,000 of December 2010. Home sales have been for 133 median days on market. Salt Lake City Utah Real Estate had a buyers market due to 11.5 months of inventory.

So far, there are 391 actively listed condos for sale in Salt Lake City Utah of which 54 properties are under contract in the market.

Home Sales in Salt Lake City rose in December 2011!

Numbers of sold properties went up in Salt Lake City Utah Homes last month. According to MLS data, there were 215 single family homes sold in the market. Year over year change of sale increased 8.84 percent from 196 sold homes of December 2010. Likewise, monthly change of sale also drifted up 3.3 percent from 208 homes sold during November 2011.

Home sales had a median sold price of $159,900 of which dropped 14.49 percent from $187,000. It’s a sellers market in Salt Lake City Utah Real Estate due to 4.57 months of inventory. Home sales have been for 69 median days on market.

There are 985 single family homes for sale in Salt Lake City Utah of which 297 are under contract in the market.

The number of sold homes in Salt Lake City Utah Real Estate revealed new curves in the market last November 2011. This can be attributed from a total of 208 single family homes sold in Salt Lake City.

Year over year change of sale went up 14.90 percent from 177 homes sold during November 2010. Monthly change of sale dropped 13.7 percent from 241 homes sold during October 2011.

Home sales have been for 66 median days on market. The median sold price reached $153,750 of which decreased 27.65 percent from $212,500 of November 2010. There’s a balance market in Salt Lake City UT Real Estate due to 5 months of inventory.

So far, there are 1040 actively listed single family homes for sale in Salt Lake City Utah of which 318 under contract properties in the market.

Condo Sales in Salt Lake City improved in November 2011!

Selling and buying of condo properties showed off some good numbers in Salt Lake City Utah Real Estate market last November 2011. There were 54 homes sold in the market. Both year over year change of sale increased in Salt Lake City Utah Homes. Year over year change of sale went up 40.74 percent from 32 sold condos of November 2010. In terms of monthly change of sale, it drifted up 27.8 percent from 39 sold properties of October 2011.

Home sales had a median sold price of $161,500 of which increased 10.68 percent from $144,250 of November 2010. Sold properties have been sold for 97 median days on market. It’s a buyers market in Salt Lake City Utah Real Estate due to 7.98 months of inventory.

Currently, there are 431 actively listed condos for sale in Salt Lake City Utah of which 53 are under contract properties in the market.

Condo selling and buying showed off new curves in Salt Lake City Utah Real Estate last month. A total of 42 condos have been sold out in the market. Year over year change of sale went up 16.67 percent from 35 sold condos of August 2010. Meanwhile, monthly change of sale dropped 23.6 percent from 55 condos sold during July 2011.

Its median sold price went down 14.58 percent to $170850 from $200000 of August last year. Condo sales have been for 101 median days on market.It’s still a buyer’s market in Salt Lake City UT Real Estate due to 11.74 months of inventory.

Under contract properties went up to 64 from 49 condos last month.

Currently, there are 493 actively listed Salt Lake City Condos for sale in the market.

Salt Lake City’s Home Sales during August 2011!

Single family homes have improved its sales in Salt Lake City Utah Real Estate last month. Home sales increased in the market this time. There have been a total of 278 homes sold in the market. Year over year change of sale went up 38.49 percent from 171 homes sold during August 2010. In terms of monthly change of sale, it drifted up 7.9 percent from 256 sold homes of July 2011.

Home sales have been for 58 median days on market. The median sold price reached $176,500 of which dropped 25.18 percent from $235,900 of August last year. It’s a seller’s market in Salt Lake City UT Real Estate since it gained 4.77 months of inventory.

Currently, there are 1,325 actively listed homes for sale in Salt Lake City Utah of which 386 properties are under contract in the market.

Condo Sale Statistics in Salt Lake City during July 2011!

Last month’s condo sales revealed high numbers in Salt Lake City Utah Real Estate market. According to MLS report, there were 55 condos in Salt Lake City have sold in the market. Yearly change of sale increased 52.73 percent from 26 sold homes of July last year. Its monthly change of sale also went up 30.9 percent from 38 condos sold during June 2011.

Home sales got a median sold price of $168,000 of which slightly decreased 2.61 percent from $172,500 of July 2010. Sold properties have been for 112 median days on market. It’s still a buyers market in Salt Lake City due to 8.85 months of inventory. As of the moment, there are 49 under contract homes of which lower compared to 63 last month. This also means that fewer number of contract homes could give low home sales in the next months.

Currently, there are 487 actively listed Salt Lake City Condos for sale in the market.

Salt Lake City’s Home Sales during July 2011!

Monthly home sales have drawn new curves in Salt Lake City Utah Real Estate for both its monthly and yearly change of sale in the market last July 2011. As reported from MLS, 256 single family homes in Salt Lake City have been sold out. Yearly change of sale went up 37.50 percent from160 sold homes of July 2010. Unfortunately, monthly change of sale dropped 10.5 percent from 286 sold homes recorded during June 2011.

Last month’s median sold priced reached $194,800 of which dropped 15.30 percent from $230,000 of July last year. Home sales have been for 62 median days on market in Salt Lake City Utah Homes. Right now there are less under contract properties of which set a record from a month ago (401) to 385 this time.

Sometimes, lesser under contract homes means that there will be low home sales in the coming months. Currently, there are 1,333 actively listed homes for sale in Salt Lake City Utah.

Condos sales decreased in Salt Lake City Utah Real Estate market last month. Based from sales in the market, 42 condos have been sold out of which both monthly and yearly change of sale dropped at its levels. Year over year change of sale went down 33.33 percent from 57 sold condos of June 2010. In terms of monthly change of sale, it decreased 9.5 percent from 42 sold condos of May 2011.

The number of median days on market of sales reached 126. Home sales got a median sold price of $121750 of which dropped 27.07 percent from $166944 of June last year. It’s still a buyers market in Salt Lake City Utah Condos due to 13.08 months of inventory.

Currently, there are 497 active listings of Salt Lake City Condos of which 63 are under contract properties in the market.

Single Family Home Sales are getting better in Salt Lake City: Numbers during June 2011!

Home sales looked good in Salt Lake City Utah Real Estate last month. Single family home sale numbers went up this time. Both monthly and yearly change of sale levels increased in the market. Salt Lake City UT Real Estate sold out 286 single family homes of which year over year change of sale rose 19.23 percent from 231 sold homes of June last year. In addition, monthly change of sale still up 3.8 percent from 275 sold homes of May June 2011.

The median sold price was $197750 of which decreased 15.13 percent from $233000 of June last year. Home sales have been for 51 median days on market with a median dollar per square foot of $101.94.

It’s been a sellers market in Salt Lake City Utah Homes since it got 4.81 months of inventory.

As of now, there are 1,375 actively listed homes for sale in Salt Lake City Utah of which 401 are under contract properties.
